PMFriend for Qatar & the Gulf

PMFriend is the operations layer for FM companies and landlord-operators running towers and compounds: every tenant message lands classified in one inbox, the right contractor is dispatched with a job page in the worker's language, and the building remembers what was fixed.

It sits beside your ERP or CAFM — Yardi, MRI or an in-house system — and owns the tenant-to-contractor loop. Accounting, contracts and service-charge billing stay where they are.

What your team gets

  • 💬 WhatsApp reporting — tenants write, send photos or voice notes on the number they already use, in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog and more. Every message lands classified, with an automatic acknowledgement in the tenant's language.
  • 🧰 Worker task translation — the contractor opens a job page (no login) and reads the scope in their own language.
  • 🪪 Gate passes — a bilingual gate-pass letter with a scan-to-verify QR for building security, valid for three days and closed early when the job closes.
  • "Did it get fixed?" — when a job closes, the tenant replies 1 or 2. A "not fixed" goes to the top of the Attention Inbox and counts against that contractor. Maintenance →
  • 🧠 Operational memory — the chiller or AC that failed twice is flagged as a repeat failure.
  • 🛡 Compliance — Qatar — QCDD fire certificates, elevator certification, chiller service before summer, Kahramaa, your Aqarat licence, and the lease-registration and deposit-return timers that start when a lease is recorded.
  • 📬 Owner updates in Arabic — drafted in Arabic, English or both, reviewed by your team before sending.
  • 🧾 Service-charge ledger and RDSC dispute packs — records overseas owners can read, and a chronology for the Rental Disputes Settlement Committee. Bilingual leases keep the prevailing Arabic version on file.
  • 💡 Ask your portfolio — the director asks ChatGPT or Claude "what needs attention?" and gets the same list your team sees.
