Nothing reaches an owner, tenant, or contractor without a property manager reviewing it first. The AI drafts; your PM approves. This is the difference between a tool that helps and one that replaces — we built the first kind on purpose.

2. We sit beside your PMS. We don't replace it.​

Your trust account, lease ledger, BSA-required documents, owner statements — all of that stays exactly where it is. PMFriend handles the operational work that doesn't fit into a trust accounting system anyway.

3. Australian by default.​

State-specific compliance rules for all 8 jurisdictions ship out of the box. Notices reference the right statutory form for the property's state. All data stays in Sydney. AU English in everything you send.
