Nothing the AI writes reaches an owner, tenant or contractor until someone on your team has reviewed it. The only automatic messages are fixed templates — acknowledgements, status updates and "reply 1 if fixed, 2 if not".

2. We sit beside your systems. We don't replace them.​

Accounting, trust or service-charge ledgers, leases and statutory records stay in the systems you already use. PMFriend handles the operational loop around them.

3. Local by design.​
