The 60-day pilot
Most agencies start PMFriend as a pilot. Here is exactly what that means — on our side and on yours.
What you get
- 60 days, free, for up to 100 properties. No credit card to start.
- The real product on your real properties — not a demo tenancy. Import in an afternoon, keep your existing PMS, no migration.
- Everything you enter is yours: export it any time from Settings.
What we commit to
- Email support with a reply within one business day. We're a founder-run company in Europe; we don't offer phone on-call or 24/7 support, and we say so up front.
- Bugs that block your daily work go to the front of the queue for the whole pilot.
- Your feature requests shape the roadmap (Qatar-specific compliance, bilingual leases and WhatsApp intake all came from agencies asking).
What we measure — together
ROI claims are empty without a baseline, so on day one we write down two numbers with you, and again on day 60:
- Lost or unanswered maintenance requests per month — the ones that arrived by email, WhatsApp or phone and never became a tracked job, or sat long enough that the tenant chased.
- Coordination hours per week — time your PMs and reception spend triaging, calling contractors, chasing status and answering "any update?".
PMFriend also measures maintenance cycle time (request → completed work order) automatically once the flow is running.
Day 60
We do a short review call on the two numbers and cycle time.
- If cycle time hasn't dropped 30%, you owe nothing and leave with a full export of your data. No "you signed a contract" surprises.
- If it has, and you want to continue, the Pilot plan ($79/month + GST) starts billing on day 61. Most agencies move to Growth around month 3, when compliance and inspections start compounding.
Nothing converts silently, and nothing is silently switched off.
Larger portfolios and launch partners
If you manage a thousand doors or more, the pilot runs the same way but on portfolio pricing — platform fee plus per unit. In a new market we also take on one or two launch partners: first year with no platform fee, in exchange for real operational use and roadmap input.
