One price, one minimum, one free trial.
The rate
- $7 AUD per property per month
- $299 monthly minimum (covers up to 42 properties)
- Billed monthly in advance
- No setup fee
- No per-user fee
- No contract term — cancel any time, access continues until the end of the paid period
The minimum exists because the value of the product (triage, compliance, digests) scales with properties under management, not users. A two-door agency could technically use PMFriend, but the minimum keeps our support cost + cognitive load sustainable.
Free pilot
- 60 days free for the first 100 properties under management
- No credit card required to start
- Access converts to paid automatically on day 60 — we email you a reminder at day 50 and day 58
- If you haven't added a payment method by day 60, the account moves to read-only (you keep your data, can re-activate any time)
What's included
Everything in this documentation. No feature gating. No "Pro plan" or "Enterprise plan". One tier, one price.
Integrations costing extra
None today. If we ever add a premium integration (e.g. PropertyMe real-time two-way sync, if we ever build that — currently planned as one-way), it would be usage-metered on top of the base rate.
AI cost
Claude Haiku calls are included in the base rate. A typical agency runs well under $1 / month in LLM cost (see AI Overview → Cost control). If your usage materially exceeds that, we'll let you know before we bill differently — never without notice.

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) via Stripe
- AU bank direct debit via Stripe — 2 business days to set up

Billing page
Under Settings → Billing (PLANNED — the Stripe integration is on the roadmap, see Product Roadmap). Today, early pilots are invoiced manually via Stripe Checkout links.
GST
Prices shown are GST-exclusive. AU agencies pay 10% GST on top (standard AU business rate). GST is itemised on the invoice.
Cancelling
Self-serve under Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription (PLANNED alongside the Stripe wiring; today, email billing@pmfriend.com).
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. During the 30-day grace period you can export everything via CSV or reactivate.
