What if I outgrow the property limit?
We don't cut you off mid-month. We'll send a friendly note when you cross 110% of your tier's limit and offer to move you up — Growth is usually the natural next step. No retroactive billing, no overage fees, no surprises.
Can I downgrade?
Any time. Email us, we'll move you down for the next billing cycle. Your historical data + AI-drafted reports stay accessible — only the upgrade-only features stop generating new output.
What happens after the 60-day Pilot trial?
Nothing silently converts. On day 60 we sit down with you and look at the two numbers we measured from day one — lost requests per month and coordination hours per week — against your baseline. If maintenance cycle time hasn’t dropped 30%, you owe nothing and walk away with your data. If it has and you want to keep going, the $79/mo Pilot plan starts billing on day 61. Most agencies upgrade to Growth around month 3 — when compliance + inspection work starts compounding.
Is there an annual discount?
Not yet. We're keeping monthly billing only until churn data tells us what an annual commitment is worth on both sides. Scale customers can negotiate annual terms during the sales conversation.
Do I need to replace PropertyMe / PropertyTree / Console?
No. PMFriend is an ops layer that sits beside your trust accounting system. Your statutory record-keeping stays where it is. We handle the parts your PMS doesn't: maintenance workflow, compliance reminders, owner comms, inspection reports.
Per-property pricing?
