Priced per unit.
Not per percent of your service charge.

For FM companies and landlord-operators running 1,000–5,000 residential units. One platform fee, one per-unit fee, in Qatari riyals. The operational layer beside your ERP or CAFM — never a replacement.

Portfolio plan

~QAR 8,400 / month platform ≈ €2,000
+ ~QAR 8.40 / unit / month ≈ €2

Illustrative figures — the final numbers depend on unit count, modules and term. No per-user fee: add every dispatcher, building manager, supervisor and contractor you need — you pay for the platform and the units, never for seats. Priced in QAR, invoiced in QAR or EUR, monthly or annually. Euro equivalents at the ECB reference rate of 14 September 2026 (1 EUR ≈ QAR 4.20).

Roughly one coordinator's salary for the ops layer across 2,500 doors. Illustrative.

What it is not

Not an ERP. Not accounting. Not a replacement for Yardi, MRI or your CAFM. PMFriend sits beside them and owns the tenant-to-contractor loop and the memory of it.

Data hosted in AWS Frankfurt (EU) — Bahrain or UAE on request — with tenant-level isolation · export everything in one click · cancel at term end.

Questions we get in Doha

Why per unit and not a percentage of the service charge?
Because the cost of running maintenance scales with doors, not with what you bill. A flat per-unit fee is predictable for your budget and doesn't create an incentive for us to care about your service-charge level.
What does "launch partner" commit us to?
A twelve-month term on the per-unit fee only, one referenceable case study, and a monthly 30-minute product call. In return the platform fee is waived for the year and your feature requests jump the queue.
Do our tenants need an app?
No. They use the WhatsApp number they already know — photos, voice notes, any language. Contractors get a link; nobody installs anything.
Where is the data?
AWS Frankfurt today — a dedicated deployment in AWS Bahrain or UAE on request — one database with row-level isolation per operator, AI calls with data minimisation (only the report text and photo go to the model). Full detail in the privacy page, and a transfer-impact summary with every proposal.
Can we leave?
Any admin can export everything as a ZIP of spreadsheets at any time, and the properties, tenants and contractors files re-import into anything that reads CSV. Lock-in is a reason not to buy, so there isn't any.
